Produce Associate Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Produce Associate to join our team at Healthy Living Market and Caf. As a Produce Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of product quality, ensuring accurate inventory levels, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Stock and rotate produce to ensure optimal freshness and quality
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent overstocking and understocking
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and making recommendations on produce selection
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean and organized store environment
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a retail or produce-related environment preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
