Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Vice President, Impact & Service Delivery to join our Senior Leadership team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization, leading strategic initiatives, and driving collaboration across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive program growth and expansion.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate partners and community leaders.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of new programs and services, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and excellence within the department, ensuring high-quality service delivery and program outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives and ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal return on investment.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Lead a team of up to 8 members, including Directors of Service Delivery, Data and Analysis Teammates, Training and Programming Focused Teammates, Regional Associate Directors.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required (Social Work, Human Services, Education, Sociology, Psychology, or related fields); Master's Degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in social services, program design, and management.
  • Proven leadership experience, with strong focus on accountability, ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Advanced project management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage complex programs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Adobe programs.

Estimated Salary Range

$110,000 to $135,000 annually, based on experience and education.
