Job Overview

Salary and Benefits

Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate, your primary focus will be on providing personalized support to customers, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring their overall satisfaction. You will work closely with the management team to analyze Net Promoter Score (NPS) results, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have 3+ years of demonstrated experience in customer service, with a proven track record of excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and leadership qualities. Experience in operations and sales is highly desirable, particularly in the rental car industry.
