The Clearinghouse for Military Family Readiness at The Pennsylvania State University is seeking a Research Project Support Specialist to contribute to program evaluation and policy projects related to Veterans in Pennsylvania.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive evaluation plans and logic models to inform research projects
  • Conduct site assessments and coordinate data collection with stakeholders to ensure high-quality data
  • Analyze data and present findings in written reports and presentations to inform decision-making
  • Create data visualizations and develop resources to support research projects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences or a related field
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in program evaluation, research, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with remote teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a social sciences-related field
  • Experience with data collection and statistical analysis programs
  • Knowledge of military culture or background

This is a one-year limited-term appointment with possibility of renewal. The selected candidate will be expected to work collaboratively with the project team to achieve project goals and objectives.
