Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified Clinical Director to oversee our Respiratory Therapy program. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Respiratory Therapy or a related field, a valid RRT credential, and at least 4 years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.

Salary

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000-$120,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing curriculum for the Respiratory Therapy program;">
  • Overseeing the daily operations of the program, including budgeting, hiring, and student supervision;">
  • Collaborating with faculty and staff to ensure program accreditation and compliance with regulatory requirements;">
  • Recruiting and advising students to ensure program success;">
  • Maintaining relationships with clinical partners and stakeholders;">
  • Evaluating program effectiveness and making recommendations for improvement;">
