About the Job
This is a full-time position with an estimated salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and more.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage direct reports, providing guidance, support, and feedback.
- Collaborate with RCS Clinical Manager to develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance improvement activities.
- Advocate for patient safety and clinical outcomes, utilizing sound judgment, troubleshooting, and resourcefulness in all patient care areas.
- Participate in the accreditation/regulatory readiness program to continually assess current performance with The Joint Commission and DOH.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Respiratory Care or related field required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of Neonatal and Pediatric Critical Care experience in a pediatric setting.
- 3 years of experience in supervisory role or progressively responsible leadership in respiratory care.
- Registered Respiratory Therapist credentialed by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC).
- RCP License from the District of Columbia DOH Health Regulation and Licensing Administration.
