Key Responsibilities:

  • Match invoices with receiving documents.
  • Verify invoices for accuracy and obtain necessary approvals prior to payment.
  • Prepare and issue accounts payable checks.
  • Reconcile and deposit service receipts on a daily basis.
  • Process garnishment checks.
  • Input invoices into the accounting system.
  • Respond to vendor inquiries.
  • Generate accounts payable and refund checks.
  • Investigate vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Manage receivable statements and incoming payments.
  • Accurately update customer accounts.
  • Maintain schedules for payables and receivables.
  • Resolve invoice discrepancies and pricing concerns.
  • Perform billing and collections tasks.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Experience with CDK is mandatory.
  • At least 2 years of experience in automotive accounts payable/receivable.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
