Automotive Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk

Puent Hills Volkswagen is in search of a meticulous and proficient Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk with robust financial skills. In this position, you will be tasked with the precise handling of invoices, checks, refunds, and vendor accounts. Key Responsibilities:

  • Align invoices with receiving documentation.
  • Examine invoices for precision and authorization prior to payment.
  • Prepare and issue accounts payable checks.
  • Reconcile and deposit service receipts on a daily basis.
  • Process garnishment checks.
  • Input invoices into the accounting system.
  • Respond to vendor inquiries.
  • Generate accounts payable and refund checks.
  • Investigate vendor statements and discrepancies.
  • Oversee receivable statements and payments.
  • Accurately update customer accounts.
  • Maintain schedules for payables and receivables.
  • Resolve invoice discrepancies and pricing concerns.
  • Conduct billing and collections activities.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Experience with CDK is mandatory.
  • At least 2 years of experience in automotive accounts payable/receivable.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
