Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients for appropriate respiratory therapy services and develop personalized care plans.
- Administer prescribed respiratory therapeutic services, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and communicate effectively with healthcare teams.
- Educate patients and families about respiratory health, providing resources and support for ongoing care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Respiratory Care or equivalent experience and education.
- Basic Life Support HealthCare Provider (BLS HCP) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification from the National Board for Respiratory Care.
- Respiratory Care Practitioner licensure in the state of Missouri.
