Job Summary

We are seeking a Relationship Specialist to join our local team, responsible for providing financing solutions to independent auto dealers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth while managing risk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers through regular communication and meaningful interactions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Manage and balance risk on customer accounts to ensure the long-term success of our business.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our customers receive the best possible service and support.
Requirements
  • Minimum of three to five years of experience in customer-facing, sales, or sales support roles.
  • Valid driver's license with reliable and dedicated transportation.
  • Ability and desire to frequently travel within your market to support our current and prospective customer base.
  • Strong understanding of portfolio management, risk, and new business development.
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously when needed as well as part of a team.
  • Proficient use of technology required for the position, including mobile applications and software.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in the auto industry or financial services.
  • Experience with Google Workspace, Salesforce, and Tableau.
