Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relationship Specialist to elevate customer relationships, attract new business, and grow AFC revenue while balancing risk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Use critical thinking to assess business and risk situations
  • Develop an understanding of customer needs
  • Grow the portfolio organically
  • Manage and balance risk on customer accounts
  • Embrace our culture of supporting others' success
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of customer-facing, sales, or sales support experience
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Desire and ability to travel within your market
  • Proficiency in sales expertise
  • Strong understanding of portfolio management and risk
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous auto industry or financial services experience
  • Experience with Google Workspace, Salesforce, Tableau
