Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow-up
  • Assess and address clients' banking needs, providing tailored solutions and recommendations
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, including digital offerings
  • Collaborate with branch team members and partners to deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training
  • Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
