Contract Labor Relations Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Contract Labor Relations Specialist to join our team at Beacon Hill Staffing Group in their NYC office.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience conducting workplace investigations within a union environment and possess excellent communication skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting interviews, preparing investigatory analysis, and securing relevant documentation as evidence in complaints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct workplace investigations within a union environment
- Prepare accurate and concise written investigative reports
- Handle highly sensitive confidential matters
Requirements:
- 3+ years of leading workplace investigations
- Experience within a union setting, strongly preferred
Compensation:
The hourly rate range for this role is $45-$50/hr. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
