Project Policy Analyst

As a Project Policy Analyst at the University of California, San Francisco, you will play a crucial role in conducting and supporting analytical studies and research projects to address policy, research, and non-profit organization infrastructures. You will acquire skills to gather data and information for multiple research studies, evaluate alternatives, make sound recommendations, conduct research, and propose solutions to create a financially stable non-profit organization.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct and support analytical studies and research projects to address policy, research, and non-profit organization infrastructures.
- Gather data and information for multiple research studies and evaluate alternatives.
- Make sound recommendations and conduct research to propose solutions to create a financially stable non-profit organization.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in a related area and/or equivalent experience/training.
- Minimum 1+ years of related experience.
- Skills to learn organization-specific and other computer application programs.
- Basic communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to use discretion and maintain all confidentiality.
- Ability to use sound judgment in responding to issues and concerns.
- Basic skills to analyze and research information and learn to synthesize large amounts of data with strong attention to detail.
- Basic program and project management skills.
