Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a full-time Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to enhance our Finance Department. This role will involve significant collaboration with various teams and will require periodic travel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with finance teams to facilitate the month-end closing process.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial closures.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements for management review.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of key P&L components, including personnel and marketing costs.
  • Evaluate actual performance against forecasts and prior year results.
  • Review month-end financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flows with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Analyze trends in key performance indicators and supplemental details.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes with robust assumptions and workflows.
  • Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and variance analysis.
  • Act as a liaison with headquarters for financial projections and inquiries.
  • Gain expertise in relevant financial systems.
  • Build collaborative relationships across the organization.
  • Assist in strategic projects as directed by senior management.
  • Support treasury management and cash operations in partnership with accounting.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or Economics.
  • Preferred audit experience.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP.
  • International experience is advantageous.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach.
  • Ability to research and interpret financial data.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
  • Experience with multiple legal entities is beneficial.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confidence in presenting to senior leadership.
  • A collaborative mindset with a focus on results.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
