  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring prompt and professional interactions with customers, prospective customers, and bank associates.
  • Originate, retain, and maintain customer and account relationships, including retail deposit accounts, digital products, and small business deposit accounts.
  • Process customer requests within designated authority and respond to inquiries and transaction requests via phone, virtually, in-person, or digitally.
  • Execute retail banking initiatives and strategies through consultative relationship management.
  • Act as an advocate for digital product adoption, supporting customers and internal branch associates.
  • Cross-sell products and services, performing related clerical functions, such as account and customer maintenance.
  • Assist Branch Management with daily operations, including pulling customer reports and gathering data as needed.
  • Refer customers to other Lines of Business and subject matter experts, maintaining a collaborative team environment.
  • Complete ongoing product knowledge, digital product knowledge, financial services, and sales-oriented training to sustain a broad base of product, service, and sales knowledge.
  • Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies, and procedures, applying them to daily tasks.
  • Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards.

A High School diploma or equivalent is required. Four or more years of teller experience are preferred. Strong familiarity with Bank and branch functions, policies, and procedures is necessary.

Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm. This position is hourly and full-time, requiring a minimum of 37.5 hours to maintain eligibility for full-time status.
