Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Associate or bachelor's degree in culinary arts or hotel administration
    • Minimum 3-5 years of progressive supervisory and managerial experience in professional kitchens
  • Skills and Knowledge
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
    • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
    • Ability to maintain accurate records and reports
  • Certifications and Licenses
    • Certificate in food safety from an accredited institution (desired but not essential)
