  • Oversee the kitchen health and safety requirements, conduct risk assessments, and implement necessary changes.
  • Manage kitchen staff, including recruitment, training, and development.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain high standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety and quality standards.
  • Ability to travel to all brand locations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 4 years of restaurant management experience.
  • Sushi experience is welcomed but not mandatory.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English is welcomed but not mandatory.
