Administrative Coordinator

Ohana Cannabis Co. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our dispensary.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Complete daily inventory counts and reports to ensure accurate tracking of our products.
- Order Reconciliation: Reconcile orders and exchanges with METRC daily to ensure seamless transactions.
- Product Updates: Update our Point of Sale (POS) system and online menus with product information, including pictures, descriptions, and cannabinoid details.
- Inventory Transfers: Manage the transfer of inventory between departments to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies to prevent financial losses.
- Product Rotation: Identify products approaching expiration dates and expedite sales to minimize waste.
- Delivery and Shipment Documentation: Document daily deliveries and shipments to update inventory levels.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments for management and the sales team.
- Age and Identification: Be of legal age and possess a valid government-issued ID.
- Background Check: Submit to a background check.
- Documentation: Provide required documentation for employment in the U.S.
- Schedule Flexibility: Be available to work a full-time schedule, including nights and weekends, and be willing to adjust your schedule according to the needs of Ohana.
- Communication and Conflict Resolution: Possess good communication skills and a conflict resolution strategy.
- Solution-Oriented Mindset: Thrive under pressure and possess a high degree of personal ownership and accountability.
- Organization: Have a high level of organization.
- Reports to: Reports to the General Manager.
