Healthcare Project Coordinator

Ratcliff Architects Inc. is seeking a skilled Healthcare Project Coordinator to contribute to the planning and design of complex healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in production and/or construction administration of architectural projects, with at least three years of experience in healthcare projects under the jurisdiction of HCAI.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and organize internal work for healthcare-focused projects throughout all phases
- Perform construction administration services in the Santa Clara Valley region
- Coordinate with external consultants and regulatory agencies
- Perform QA/QC and technical reviews
- Participate in 360 learning-mentoring opportunities and efforts to improve efficiency
Requirements
- Minimum BArch degree
- Architectural licensure and LEED accreditation is considered a plus
- Strong presentation and graphics abilities, with software proficiency that includes Revit, Sketchup, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Cloud, Bluebeam and Microsoft 365 applications
