  • This position is classified as safety-sensitive and requires pre-employment drug screening.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare RVs for sale, including accessory installation and mechanical repairs.
  • Conduct routine maintenance tasks.
  • Assist with the installation of new engines.
  • Support the installation of new trolling motors and fish finders.
  • Perform winterization and shrink-wrapping duties.
  • Utilize diagnostic tools to test and set up engine components.
  • Carry out regular maintenance on trailers, including bearing and brake services.
  • Assist with unloading boats and maintaining a clean shop environment.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Marine technician certification or relevant experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with tools and possession of a personal toolset is necessary.
  • Knowledge of shop equipment is advantageous.
  • Strong mechanical skills and troubleshooting abilities are essential.
  • Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • High standards of cleanliness and respect for others' property.
  • Good customer service skills are important, as you will interact with customers regarding repairs.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Hourly wage ranging from $22 to $25, depending on experience.
