Medical Surgical Float Pool Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Medical Surgical Float Pool Registered Nurse to join our team at Swedish Issaquah. As a member of our float pool, you will have the opportunity to work in various medical surgical units, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care.
- Current Washington State Registered Nurse License.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- At least one year of experience as a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse.
- National Certification in Medical Surgical Nursing.
