RN - Medical Surgical Float Pool

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgical Float Pool team at Swedish Issaquah. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to patients with a variety of medical and surgical needs.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop plans to address these needs.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Washington Registered Nurse License.
- Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- At least one year of nursing experience.
- Current National Certification in area of specialty.
