RN - Medical Surgical Float Pool Specialist

We are seeking a skilled RN - Medical Surgical Float Pool to join our team at Swedish Health Services. As a Medical Surgical Float Pool nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients in the Medical Surgical Float Pool unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Washington Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- 1 year of Nursing experience.
- National Certification in area of specialty.
