Medical Surgical Float Pool Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Medical Surgical Float Pool Nurse to join our team at Swedish Issaquah. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients in the Medical Surgical Float Pool unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in patient care.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting open communication, respect, and teamwork among colleagues.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Washington Registered Nurse License.
- Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- At least one year of nursing experience.
- Current National Certification in area of specialty.
