Medical Surgical Float Pool RN

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgical Float Pool team at Swedish Issaquah. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to patients and families in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients with a variety of medical and surgical conditions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Washington State Registered Nurse License.
- Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- At least one year of nursing experience.
- Current National Certification in area of specialty.
