Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven individual to take on the role of Lending Program Manager. This position is crucial for enhancing lending volumes and refining the application process for SoFi and our investors. The successful candidate will combine strategic insight, analytical skills, and strong interpersonal abilities to manage relationships with diverse teams and investors while optimizing our lending initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investor Relationship Management:
    • Build and sustain robust relationships with investors, addressing their needs and objectives.
    • Work collaboratively with investors to uncover opportunities for boosting lending volumes and refining the application process.
  • Optimization Strategies:
    • Conduct thorough assessments of user experience, pricing structures, approval rates, and marketing strategies to pinpoint improvement areas.
    • Formulate and execute optimization plans to enhance the efficiency of the application process.
  • Contract Management:
    • Oversee contract renewals with investors, ensuring favorable terms that align with our strategic goals.
    • Negotiate agreements to maximize mutual benefits.
  • Performance Analysis:
    • Track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lending activities, conversion rates, and investor satisfaction.
    • Prepare and deliver regular performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting metrics and areas for enhancement.
  • Support for New Initiatives:
    • Collaborate with various teams to assist in the development and execution of new partnerships and initiatives.
    • Provide strategic insights to ensure successful project implementation.
  • Leadership and Influence:
    • Act as an independent leader, driving initiatives forward without direct supervision.
    • Utilize persuasive skills to gain support for business objectives and execution strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in investor relations or the financial services sector.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to convey complex concepts to varied audiences.
  • Strategic mindset with a proven record of achieving results.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments, including marketing, engineering, product management, risk, pricing, finance, and operations.
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in contract negotiations and relationship management.
  • Familiarity with financial modeling and forecasting.
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance in the financial services sector.
