Job Summary

The Compensation Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and monitoring of key projects within the Compensation function. This role requires collaboration with Compensation team leaders to coordinate work, manage project details, and ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, providing project assistance and Compensation expertise as needed.
  • Establish project management processes and methodologies to ensure timely, within-budget, and high-quality project delivery.
  • Meet with internal customers to provide status updates, gather feedback, and ensure project goals are met.
  • Track costs, performance, and other metrics to ensure project objectives are achieved.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with reward and recognition vendor partners to maximize value.
  • Lead the planning, coordination, and communication of reward and recognition programs across the company.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and cost-effectiveness in reward and recognition administration.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in reward and recognition administration and Compensation.
  • Ability to effectively manage and motivate reward and recognition teams.
  • Ability to partner with business leaders, collaborate with employees at all levels, and analyze and interpret data.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of reward and recognition administration.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Supervisory, people leadership experience.
  • Project management experience.
  • Certified Total Rewards Professional (CTRP) and/or Certified Recognition Professional (CRP) Designation.
