Pharmacist in HIV and Infectious Diseases - Join Our Team

We are seeking a talented pharmacist to join our team at UVA Health. As an Ambulatory Care Clinical Pharmacist for HIV and Infectious Diseases, you will work closely with healthcare providers to deliver high-quality care to patients with HIV and other infectious diseases. This position offers a unique opportunity to build on existing programs and develop new initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and monitor therapeutic plans utilizing best evidence and most effective and most economical medication treatments.
  • Help achieve positive patient outcomes through interactions with patients, providers, and interdisciplinary teams in the ambulatory clinical setting.
  • Perform patient assessments, participate in collaborative practice agreements, and provide education to patients and caregivers.
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $52.46 - $83.94 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and working together to achieve the best possible outcomes.
