Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Deli Product Specialist to join our team at SpartanNash Company. As a key member of our grocery department, you will be responsible for baking, frying, packaging, and displaying deli products to ensure a high-quality shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare and package deli products according to production schedules
* Maintain a clean and organized deli area, including shelves, cases, and displays
* Assist in receiving and stocking merchandise
* Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
* Collaborate with the Deli Manager to ensure efficient operations and meet sales goals

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent
* One year of retail or related experience preferred
* Ability to read, write, comprehend, and interpret documents
* Basic mathematical skills
* Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Physical Demands:

* May be required to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds frequently, and up to 50 pounds occasionally
* Stand and walk for extended periods of time
* Bend, stoop, twist, and turn frequently
