Customer Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Senior Transportation Connection. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing a high-quality team of customer service representatives who provide exceptional service to our senior and disabled citizens.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in customer service, supervisory experience, and a passion for delivering excellent results. You will be responsible for vendor relations, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of customer service representatives to ensure exceptional service delivery
- Develop and implement customer service strategies to meet business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance customer service skills
Requirements:
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in customer service
- Strong background in customer service and customer experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
