Job Overview

iTrust Human Capital Management is in search of a seasoned Senior Systems Engineer to take on the role of Technical Lead and Project Manager for forthcoming initiatives. This position entails overseeing onsite teams and guaranteeing the fulfillment of all contractual commitments.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the main liaison for our Client, possessing full authority to manage all daily operations related to the contract.
  • Appoint a secondary individual to assume Tech Lead duties in the absence of the primary.
  • Ensure that the Tech Lead or appointed alternate is accessible during specified hours.
  • Supervise and assess the performance of all assigned personnel, ensuring they meet the essential criteria for their roles.
  • Direct and harmonize technical and project management activities, ensuring prompt and effective delivery of all contractual tasks.
  • Work closely with the Program's Point of Contact to relay any updates regarding personnel or project developments.
Essential Qualifications:
  • A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in the IT sector, with a focus on housing processing in a military (Army) context.
  • Proven experience in a leadership capacity as an onsite senior manager guiding an IT technical team.
  • Knowledge of Cloud administration and RMF Security Management.
  • Demonstrated success in a Senior Systems Engineer position, with a solid history of leading and managing technical teams.
  • Outstanding project management capabilities, with the proficiency to oversee and coordinate multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective working relationships with government personnel, end users, and vendor development teams.
  • Robust problem-solving skills to tackle complex technical issues efficiently.
  • Willingness to act with full authority on all contract-related matters during designated hours.
  • Dedication to excellence and the ability to lead and deliver high-quality technical solutions in a collaborative setting.
Educational Background:
  • A Bachelor's degree (minimum) or a Master's degree (preferred) in Information Systems, Computer Programming, Computer Engineering, or relevant IT industry certification.
  • Certifications in CompTIA, Cloud Services, Microsoft, or Cisco.
