Job Responsibilities

As a Mobile Allied Health Professional, you will be responsible for assessing referred patients who require rehabilitation services. Your duties will include:

  • Providing direct patient care to assess their medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, and restrictions
  • Establishing and administering a treatment program with specific goals determined according to the patient's capacity and tolerance under the direction of the Physician
  • Developing a plan of care for each physical therapy patient
  • Providing skilled physical therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders
  • Assessing patient needs, planning for, evaluating, and modifying care to meet goals of physical therapy interventions
  • Collaborating with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient
