Unity Health Network is seeking Primary Care Physicians to join our growing team at various locations throughout Ohio. As a part of the OptumCare network, we are transforming healthcare nationally while providing physician-led care locally.

Job Summary:

We are looking for board certified M.D. or D.O. physicians with an unrestricted medical licensure in the state of Ohio or ability to obtain. Our ideal candidate will have experience in Family or Internal Medicine and be comfortable working with advanced providers. The successful candidate will participate in clinical on-call program and keep current on relevant medical and nursing research, technology, and related issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Compliance with all coding and documentation requirements
  • Practice evidence-based medicine
  • Outpatient care
  • Establishes and maintains effective relationships with members, facility staff, and other collaborating physicians/providers
  • Participates in management meetings that include case conference reviews, staff meetings, quality improvement committee meetings, continuing education/journal club programs, and more
  • Implements HEDIS measure campaigns and other quality initiatives to ensure the highest standards of care
  • Requires participation in clinical on-call program

Salary: $200,000 - $300,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Plus bonus structure and excellent benefits package. We also offer a flexible scheduling option with 4.5 workdays per week.
