Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Home Care Director Lead to join our team at Redwood Family Care Network.

About the Role

The Home Care Director Lead will be responsible for assisting the Director of Home Care with daily management, coordination, and documentation of home care services. This includes ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and agreements, overseeing day-to-day operations, and reviewing compliance and training trackers regularly.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure quality of services are delivered while in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in responding to surveys, investigations, and audits.
  • Ensure policies and procedures are being adhered to.
  • Oversee incident reports for both internal and external agencies.
  • Maintain files and documentation to meet audit, agency, AAA, DDA, DOH, and other compliance standards.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Some college education and/or in the field experience. A Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of three years supervisory experience in social work, child care, and/or support staff industry providing direct services to the elderly and or children/adults with developmental disabilities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, home staff, and administrative staff.
  • Demonstrates self-motivation, self-direction, organizational skills, flexibility, and the ability to deal with a high level of stress and manage deadlines.
  • A valid Washington State Driver License.
  • Current private auto liability insurance and ability to submit written verification of the same.
  • Must have an approved fingerprint and criminal clearance prior to starting.
  • Ability to express ideas clearly and concisely, orally, and in writing in English.
Working Conditions
  • Ability to work in an office environment.
  • Ability to travel to clients' residences to conduct home visits and direct care.
Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this position is $65,500 per year, based on the location and job requirements.
