Job Description

The Sales Operations Strategy Director will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that align with company goals. This role will focus on strategic planning, process optimization, analytics, and team management to support the sales team in achieving its revenue goals.

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the sales leadership team to develop and implement sales strategies that align with company objectives.
  • Process Optimization: Identify, design, and implement sales processes to streamline operations, improve sales productivity, and enhance customer experience.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Develop and maintain sales metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools to provide insights into sales performance and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Sales Enablement: Partner with marketing and training teams to ensure the sales team is equipped with the right tools, resources, and training to succeed.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need strong analytical skills, experience in data analysis and reporting tools, and proficiency in CRM systems and other sales enablement tools. You should also have excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in sales operations or related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
