Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project schedules, cost projections, and contracts.
  • Lead construction progress meetings and oversee design development.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, profit projections, and schedules.
  • Negotiate and award subcontracts.
  • Conduct jobsite coordination meetings and job status reports.
  • Collaborate with owners/clients, field teams, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering/Management.
  • 4+ years of experience in commercial construction (industrial, healthcare, retail, office, senior living, and multi-family experience preferred).
  • Ability to travel for projects if needed.
