Key Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of sales BDC professionals.
- Recruit, onboard, and train the sales BDC agents.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as call volume, conversion rates, lead generation, and customer feedback, to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Work with our CRM software provider to maximize lead handling.
- Ensure established department processes are being followed at each store at all times.
- Establish daily, weekly, and monthly goals for each sales BDC agent that correspond to the goals of the dealership(s).
- Extensive experience in running an Automotive Sales Business Development center.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Strong understanding of online sales channels, platforms, and digital marketing.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding targets.
- Strong communication skills with ability to manage and coach people remotely.
