Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate RN to provide high-quality patient care to adult patients with a variety of medical and surgical diagnoses. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Develop and implement individualized patient education plans to promote health and wellness.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Michigan required.
- AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days.
- CRT-NIH Stroke Certification - NIHSS National Institute of Health Stroke Scale certification required within 90 days.
