RN Med Surg New Grad Opportunity

Corewell Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Med Surg team. As a new grad RN, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and develop your clinical skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care under the direction of the Nurse Leader, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care, incorporating patient and family input and goals.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

- Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Michigan required.
- AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days of hire.
- CRT-NIH Stroke Certification - NIHSS National Institute of Health Stroke Scale certification required within 90 days of hire.
