Job Summary
Corewell Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical Surgical team at Lakeland Hospital. As a RN on our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and provide high-quality patient care.
About the Role
The RN will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care under the direction of the Nurse Leader. You will work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient plans, and provide education and support to patients and their families.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Provide high-quality patient care under the direction of the Nurse Leader
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient plans
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Document patient information and care plans accurately and thoroughly
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current RN licensure in the state of Michigan
- AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- CRT-NIH Stroke Certification - NIHSS National Institute of Health Stroke Scale
