Responsibilities- Provide professional nursing care to patients with a variety of medical and surgical diagnoses
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop effective care strategies
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient progress, report changes, and adjust care plans as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
- Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current RN licensure in the state of Michigan
- AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- CRT-NIH Stroke Certification - NIHSS National Institute of Health Stroke Scale within 90 days
