Lead Service Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Service Technician to join our team at Gills Point S Tire & Auto. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and performance of our customers' vehicles by providing expert tire maintenance and repair services.
Key Responsibilities- Tire Maintenance and Repair: Inspect and repair tires for signs of wear, damage, and improper alignment, and perform necessary repairs or tire replacements.
- Vehicle Inspection: Conduct visual inspections of vehicles to identify signs of wear or damage, and recommend necessary repairs or maintenance.
- Customer Service: Interact with customers to understand their tire needs and provide recommendations, and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Coach, train, and mentor other service technicians in their duties, and provide guidance and support to ensure the success of our service team.
- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent, and technical or vocational training courses in automotive repair, tire technology, or a related field are a plus.
- Experience: Familiarity with tire repair tools and equipment, and a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are required.
- Skills: Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform physically demanding tasks, and manual dexterity and attention to detail are essential.
