Animal Care Professional Wanted

We're seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Veterinary Technician to join our team at Friends of the Animals in Medford, OR. As a key member of our dynamic team, you'll provide high-quality veterinary care and support to pets and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and administer anesthesia, assist in surgeries, and provide pre- and post-operative care.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs, ensure sterile conditions during surgeries, and handle record-keeping and inventory management.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to provide exceptional care and support to pets and their families.
Requirements:
  • A valid Oregon certified veterinary technician (CVT) license.
  • Experience in shelter, rescue, or surgical departments is preferred but not required.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive pay: $25-$30 per hour.
  • Attractive benefits package, including a bonus structure, PTO, uniforms, and monthly medical reimbursement.
  • A flexible work schedule with options for full-time or part-time hours, including shifts from 7 am - 4 pm, 8 am - 5 pm, or 9 am - 5 pm, Monday through Friday.
