As a key member of the school team, you will play a crucial role in providing early intervention services, administering assessments, and delivering individual and group therapy.

Job Description

This position requires a master's degree in school psychology and a valid state certification. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing screening for early intervention and identification
  • Administering diagnostic and curriculum-based assessments
  • Providing crisis, individual and group interventions as appropriate
  • Conducting professional development/training and workshops for teachers, administrators, and other school personnel
  • Providing consultative services related to school and problem solving in the areas of instruction and social/emotional learning and behavior
  • Assisting with the coordination of community referrals, language and culture, etc.

The estimated salary for this position is $75,000-$100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A master's degree in school psychology from an accredited college or university
  • A valid Type 73 State of Illinois School Service Personnel Certificate with an Endorsement School Psychology
