Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum (based on experience and qualifications)
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as an Education Specialist - K-12 Behavior Support. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to work in a supportive district serving a K-12 caseload. While candidates with school-based experience are preferred, we welcome dedicated BCBAs ready to make a meaningful difference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop targeted behavior intervention plans (BIPs) using evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, paraprofessionals, and other school personnel to implement effective behavior support strategies and ensure consistent interventions.
Requirements:
- BCBA certification
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- Previous experience working as a BCBA in a school or educational setting is preferred
