Job Description

Clarifi Staffing Solutions is seeking a passionate and dedicated Special Education Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of early learners and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create a structured and nurturing classroom environment that promotes independence and learning.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and work with a multidisciplinary team to align on strategies and goals.
  • Collaborate with families, paraprofessionals, therapists, and educators to support student progress.
  • Monitor student growth through regular assessments, adjusting instruction to meet individualized goals.
  • Facilitate engaging instruction in both one-on-one and group settings to meet developmental milestones.
  • Lead the development and implementation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for children aged 3-5.
Requirements:

Candidates should possess a solid understanding of early childhood development and effective behavior management strategies. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field is required, along with a valid Illinois teaching certification in Early Childhood Special Education.

Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
