The Leading Audit Manager will play a critical role in managing audits, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing top-notch client service. As a key member of the Accounting and Finance team, they will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing audits, supervising and leading a team of auditors, preparing and presenting detailed audit reports, and identifying and assessing areas of significant business risk.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Managing audits in accordance with company policies and regulations.
  2. Supervising and leading a team of auditors, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  3. Preparing and presenting detailed audit reports for senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in public accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role (preferred).
  • Proven experience in audit and attestation, with a strong understanding of auditing principles and techniques.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a knack for motivating and developing staff.

$120,000 - $150,000 per year
