Job Details

We are seeking a skilled Financial Administrator to join our team at the North Carolina Western Federal Public Defender. The successful candidate will provide financial assistance and advice to the Federal Public Defender and Administrative Officer, ensuring the office's financial operations run smoothly.

Key responsibilities include preparing and reviewing payments, ordering and maintaining supplies, and maintaining accurate records of contracts and transactions. The Financial Administrator will also assist in semiannual budget development and projection, internal control evaluations, and budget reprogramming and maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. If you are a detail-oriented and financially savvy individual looking for a challenging role, we encourage you to apply.
