Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Subject Matter Expert to join our team at Acme Brick. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting our operations and ensuring the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Train and inform associates on software applications, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Aide in the design and implementation of new software applications and processes, leveraging your technical expertise to drive innovation.
  • Create and update training materials, following established guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Request role and security levels for users, ensuring seamless access to our systems.
  • Provide backup support for our IT Help Desk, responding to technical inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Assist with essential office functions, providing coverage as needed to ensure business continuity.

Requirements

  • 3 years of related experience, with a strong background in software applications and technical support.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with associates and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems, with a strong understanding of our technology infrastructure.

Education
